Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 June 2026
Introduction
Welcome to Kragzam. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy describes how we collect, use, and handle your personal data when you visit kragzam.com or request access to the beta.
Information we collect
We may collect the following data:
- Contact data: your email address, submitted via the early-access request form.
- Optional context data: your role, the types of documents you create, and the tools you currently use — provided voluntarily in the request-access form to help us understand early users.
- Technical data: aggregated, cookieless analytics from Cloudflare Web Analytics (see Analytics section below).
Request-access form and lead capture
When you complete the early-access request form on kragzam.com, we collect your email address and any optional context you provide. This information is used solely to contact you about your place on the waitlist and to personalise your onboarding. We do not sell this data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
Submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving CAPTCHA alternative that does not set tracking cookies or build a behavioral profile.
Analytics — Cloudflare Web Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns on kragzam.com. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless: it does not set any cookies, does not fingerprint individual visitors, and does not build cross-site behavioral profiles. The data we receive is aggregated and anonymous — page views, referrers, country-level geography, and device type. We do not use Google Analytics or any other behavioral tracking tool on this site.
How we use your information
We use your data only for the following purposes:
- To contact you about your waitlist position and send your invitation when your place is ready.
- To understand who is requesting access so we can improve onboarding.
- To monitor aggregate site traffic and performance (anonymised analytics only).
- To detect and prevent abuse of the request-access form (Turnstile).
Data storage and security
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. During the beta, lead data is stored in a controlled environment accessible only to the founding team. We will update this section when a formal data processor is in place.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, and data portability. To exercise these rights, or to be removed from the waitlist, contact us at [email protected].
Third-party services
We use Cloudflare services (Pages hosting, Web Analytics, and Turnstile). Cloudflare's own privacy policy governs the data they process on our behalf. We do not share your personal data with any other third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised date.
